for our daycare center in beautiful Cologne-Widdersdorf

What you should bring with you
A qualification as a state-certified educator, special needs teacher, or curative education nurse, or a (technical) university degree in education, social work, or a comparable pedagogical field.
Interest in progressive educational concepts – and enthusiasm for bringing them to life in everyday practice and continuously developing them further.
Strong observational skills and the ability to create clear and meaningful developmental documentation.
Excellent communication and reflection skills.
Fluent German or English language skills.
