Quality You Can Be Proud Of
All our facilities are TopKita-certified – the nationally recognised seal of quality for daycare centres. In addition, we adhere to the quality standards of ISO 9001.
Diversity as a Strength
Our teams consist of people from over ten nations. We see this diversity as an enrichment: it shapes our daily life, our attitude, and our pedagogy.
Room for Ideas and Co-creation
We are an organization with short communication channels and open communication. Your opinion counts! Whether in team meetings or concept development days, through surveys or informal chats with the provider – your experience actively contributes to the further development of our daycares.
Work-Life Balance in Practice
We know how important balance is. That’s why we ensure fair working hours, family-friendly schedules, and flexible solutions when life takes an unexpected turn. Trust, consideration, and team spirit are a given.
Agile Working – Sharing Responsibility Together
Would you like to work in a daycare where your perspective matters and you actively shape daily life? At rainbowtrekkers, we work agilely: with clear goals, short communication channels, and great trust in our teams.
Our approach is inspired by Frederic Laloux (“Reinventing Organizations”): We view daycares as living organizations where people act autonomously. Decisions are made as close as possible to where they are needed – within the team, close to daily operations.
Instead of traditional group leaders, all colleagues work as equals. Responsibility is distributed and shared collectively depending on the situation. Our feedback culture works in all directions: collegial, cross-team, and up to management. Feedback serves not for control, but for development – for each individual and for the entire daycare.
For this to work well in daily life, we use simple formats: a short daily “flash” meeting per daycare, clear annual team goals, and regular reflection. This way, we keep moving forward together – open, eager to learn, and always focused on what benefits the children.
